SPECTACULAR FREE SHIPPING EVENT FOR EVERYONE WHO BUYS FROM US 10/28 thru 12/24!

We have a real treat for you lovers of 1940's vintage jewelry in general and Coro Craft Sterling Duette lovers specifically! These two birds were designed by famous EARLY Coro designer Adolph Katz and are what is known as a Duette. Originally they would have been on a metal frame so they could be worn together as one brooch or pin. They have since lost that mechanism so are now two separate FUR clips! Both are marked Sterling on the top of the fur clip and one bird is signed STERLING CRAFT CORO in a rectangle box. They are not marked "Duette" as that was usually on the metal frame.

Each bird is 1 inch tall and 1 5/8 inches wide and have THE best enamel of any piece of jewelry I have ever seen! You have a rich blue for the bodys, black for the heads, red for the berries and top of heads, yellow for the beaks, brown for the branches and green for the leaves. These colors are not only rich as I just stated but vibrant and expertly applied as only CoroCraft items could be. Each bird also has 12 bead set brilliant clear diamond rhinestones on their backs that shine so much when light hits them. The bird that is signed Sterling Craft Coro has two tiny brilliant diamond rhinestones for eyes as well while the other is missing those.
