American Flyer 49017 NASG GN Operating Caboose in OB VG+/Ex- NR

You are bidding on an American Flyer 49017 GN Operating Caboose in its original box. This was the 200 4 NASG club car . All four steps and the catwalk are intac t. T he two screws that secure the body to the frame are missing ; there are no other broken or missing parts. The end platforms have scratches of paint loss where those screws were removed. T he sides are in beautiful condition, almost like new. T he top has some blemishes, reflecting it s use, but no paint loss . T he car has been run quite a bit. I cleaned the wheels and power pickups, and soldered a loose connection i nside, so the light now works and the brakeman retracts as he should. Overall, the car is in strong C-6 (Very G ood) to weak C-7 (Excellent) condition and operates reliably.
The box is in P-7 (Excellent) condition, showing edge and corner wear . It contains the original plastic packing tray, but the plastic bag has been replace d. T here is no pap erwork.
The 2012 TM Price Guide lists it at $6 0 in C-10 condition .
