I'd list this issue as being in very good condition. Little wear to spine with cover intact and tight with very mild yellowing of the pages . All pages and articles present.

Feb issue I would list as Good in condition- Spine of cover is tight with staples intact, slight wear to front of cover. All pages and articles present wih only slight yellowing of the pages noted.

I'd describe this issue as being in very good condition. Cover nice and tight. All pages and articles are present with almost no discoloration to paper. A very complete issue for being 26 years old. Some good articles for your reference and reading pleasure.
