One (1) great panel of lightweight Scandinavian textured rayon (I think) barkcloth with organic motifs, some looking like amoebas, others like mushrooms, all very 1950s. Colors are soft red, dull green and a blend of chartreuse and mustard with black on cream. Unsigned – no marks on the selvage at all. It measures 46 1/2 inches (118 cm) wide and 75 1/2 inches (192 cm) long plus 2 inches (5 cm) folded over at the top to form a channel for a rod and a 7 1/2 inch (9 cm) hem. The left selvage is sewn down. It looks like the right selvage was sewn onto another panel, as there are some short loose bits of thread from the seam. No fading at all. No holes or rips. There is a brownish stain 1/4 by 1/2 inch (.6 x 1.1 cm) 11 inches (28 cm) down and 10 inches (25 cm) in from the upper right. There is a tiny bit of faint blue right over that stain. When packed, it should weigh between 1 and 2 pounds.

Please note: I took the pictures outside and it was windy and the fabric kept rippling. I had only one chance to take pictures, as this fabric was going to NY the following day, so that it could be mailed to the buyer from the US instead of from Norway (where I live). This is great fabric and it looks wonderful when the wind is not tossing it around.
