Gorgeous Antique aquamarine blue SUGAR SHAKER/MUFFINEER that I obtained at an estate auction of a collector of sugar shakers. This piece was made circa 1890 by Hobbs, Bruckunier Co. (sometimes attributed to Northwood). The pattern is LEAF MOLD in BLUE SATIN and it measures around 4 3/4" tall (including the lid) with the base measuring 2 1/2" in diameter (widest diameter - 3 1/2"). It does match the pattern in my shaker bible - Heacock (1975) Victorian Pattern Glass Book 3 - Syrups, Sugar Shakers & Cruets, p. 30. It is in excellent condition - excepting for the worn top edge that shows its age (luckily hidden under the lid). The body of the shaker has no chips or cracks. The lid is metal, slightly worn and has 2 hairline cracks (see last pic) but screws on very nicely. The lid does leave marks on the glass which can be removed (see last photo). Please see ALL PHOTOS! A very lovely antique sugar shaker for the collector! I accept PayPal, due within 7 days of purchase. I will ship within 3 days of payment. Please e-mail me with any questions. GoodLUCK and !
