ANTIQUE 19TH CENTURY CANDLE LANTERN TIN W/ 4 URANIUM YELLOW GLASS PANELS SWEDEN

Very rare 1800's Candle lantern in original untouched condition. It was painted black at one time but most of the black is gone. It could easily be re done with Stove black. The 4 heavy glass panels I believe are Uranium glass. (Its a heavy clear beautiful wavy yellow glass. Not painted or stained) It's either heavy gauge tin or iron. Cut Stamped and Forged. It can stand or be hung. Its has an oxidized rust color but no holes or bad spots It's 12" tall . The glass paneled section, not including the metal glass guards is 5" square. 5 x 5 x 5 x 5" The chimney is 2 1/4" tall and 3" diameter and has a punched or cut simple decoration. Very simply made. You won't find one like this easily again. Great for Primitive or Folk Art collector or anyone who collects Antique lanterns. Mark on the base is Stamped in the metal ( MADE IN SWEDEN )
I quaranty this to be as stated in my description. Antique, original, not reproduction. I can not Guaranty the glass is called Uranium to a Uranium Glass collector because I have not put it with ultraviolet light to check. However with the research I did on the glass I called it that because that is what was used then to make Yellow colored glass. Any questions pleas ask and I will do my best to answer. Thank you
