Antique 19th Century Wedgwood Jasperware Miniature Cobalt Teapot with Jug 1891

A super 19th Century Wedgwood Cobalt Blue/White Jasperware Miniature Teapot. It comes with a matching jug. An absolutely gorgeous neo-classical design. As one of the female figures looks as if she is making an offering, I am guessing that the design may be of Vestal Virgins. Leafy ornate trees add to the beauty of this piece. Ornate leaf design around the lid and around the spout. All of the detail and ornate design that sets Wedgwood Jasperware apart. Condition overall is good. Some slight scuffing around the spout and I believe that there is a small white finial missing from the top of the lid. There are age/stress cracks on the bottom of the teapot, but they don't go through to the inside, as one can see from picture 5. It is marked with an "impressed" mark on the bottom - "Wedgwood -England - 1891. Jug has a similar neo-classical design and the wreath leaf decoration appears around both the handle and the spout of the piece. The handle has been replaced and repaired in three places. Looks to be an old repair and I am sure it could be repaired better, if so desired. However, due to the condition problems, I am starting these at a very low price.
