Antique Authentic BENJAMIN FRANKLIN Brass Furniture Drawer Pull Knob 1786-1810.

These have a great patina. They would appear to be in matched pairs because the patina wear pattern on two are similar, while the other two have little to no wear.
Manufactured in Birmingham, England, between 1786 and 1810.
Thanks to an awesome Ebayer, I learned that these types of knobs are featured in the book, "Metal Work in Early America: Copper and It's Alloys". Actually the stamping is shown twice in the book, and was used on a Marble and Copper Plaque.
This interesting book will be included in the Auction at the Buy It Now price.
Don't fall for the reproductions that are being sold. That a good look at these and compare the quality.
Thank you for looking and !!
