Antique "BELMONT" 289039 Blue & White Transferware Vase Upper Hanley England ?

Antique 5.5" vase marked "BELMONT " R g No 2 89039 . The Belmont pattern is a lovely blue floral design against a white body. I believe this vase came from a toilet s et / service. My mom-in-law had it grouped with some other pieces that inclu ded a wash pitcher and chamber pot. The vase stands appro x. 5.5 x 3" x 3.5". Unfortunat el y the rim has 2 tiny chips, other wise in good condition. I believe i t may be made by the Upper Hanley Pottery Co in England, but I am not certain. The last photo shows a chamber pot (I think) in the same pattern, availabl e in a separate listing .
