Charmingearly 20th C German doll by sought after maker.

This coloured doll is from Armand Marseilles Dream Baby Series launched in 1924. Within the series the company produced several patterns of the doll including four coloured variations.

This fully bisque doll has closing eyes and articulated joints. Her red painted mouth is slightly opened to reveal white teeth.

The doll is marked to the back of her head "A.M Germany 351./3.K".

37cms/ 14.5 inches tall

Head is bisque in very good condition

Torso, legs and arms are composite material

Chord and wire attachments intact, but might need tightening

Some damage to tips of fingers on each hand and toes – see detail.

Comes with red knitted dress and linen undergarment

Armand Marseille of Sonneberg and Koppelsdorf, Thuringia, Germany was one of the worlds largest and best known bisque doll head manufacturers.
