Antique 5-Claw DRAGON Cloak Cape CLASP or BELT BUCKLE VTG 1900

Splendid antique cape clasp or belt buckle featuring 2 raised Chinese dragons and a lion or foo dog head for the hook clasp.
Measures 4 1/8" long when closed. Back has loops for attaching to fabric. Domed design, raised up just over 1/2" not including the loops on back.
The design shows 2 detailed dragons, with 5 claws on each foot, moving through waves or clouds that are all around them. The piece is constructed with the dragon as a completely separate piece that is intertwined and floats amongst the waves, and actually moves slightly. The dragon on the right clasp (with loop) has a tiny bit missing from the top edge of his head extensions.
Hook/loop functions well as it should, does not come apart while wearing.
Back of clasp is also detailed with hand engraved flowers. There is solder repair to the back on the left clasp (with hook), done it appears in lieu of using replacement screws to hold it together. The right clasp has 3 different screws in it to hold it together. Both pieces are very secure with no separation or movement between the backs and front domed part.
