I am finally ready to sell the beautiful dining room table and six chairs purchased at auction many years ago, mainly because the newest dining room is too small to do it justice, and will not accommodate the leaves. I have tried to include enough pictures to give you a good idea of what you are getting. Unfortunately, because we had a glass top cut for it, which produces a glare in pictures, I cannot capture the table top, which is in near perfect condition! It is Duncan-Phyfe style, from the 1930s or '40s, 5'-2" long, 3-1/2' wide, 2.5' high. T are three additional leaves, measuring one foot each. The table sits on two sets of three, curved pedestal legs that have beautiful carving and beading. It is solid mahogany and very heavy, as is the custom-cut glass top which fits the existing size only, not with the leaves. With all leaves in, it sits at least 14 people. T are some scuffs and t on the legs, but I doubt you will find a piece this old in as beautiful condition. The six upholstered roseback chairs are also in very good condition, albeit a few scuffs and scratches. T are four regular and two with arms, but I could not get everything in the pictures.
