For those of you that have asked for addiitonal clock photos I have posted higher resolution photos at: http://www.tovas.info/Clock_movt/index.html and at: http://www.tovas.info/japyclock/index.html Antique French Boulle Clock with Japy Freres movement. Brass inlay. Dial marked D Todd & Son. I believe this is Daniel Todd & Son from Glascow, who were late 19th century goldsmiths. Overall good condition. I'm not sure if the pendulum is original, but I have taken several photographs for further inspection. Movement is marked "Japy Freres." The clock very likely needs serivcing before it keeps time properly (clock starts and stops). Approximate Dimensions: 30.5" high (from bottom to top of horn) 14.25" wide at feet (base) 5.5" deep Good luckSee my other auctions for antique clocks, including Sir John Bennett of London and American Waterbury grandfather clocks. I prefer shipment to the States, but will consider shipping to the United Kingdom. Bear in mind overseas shipping of something this large can be expensive. Contact for further shipping estiimates.
