Antique Gramaphone with Horn by American Gramaphone Company, New York, NY.. Type "AT", Serial Number 26350. Patent March 30, 1897. Winds and runs mechanically, but belt is broken so needs replacement. The needle mechanism is tight, so presumably needs disassembling and cleaning/oiling. Wooden Base & Case in excellent condition. Horn has minor dents, and is cracked at the point w connects to Gramaphone (repairable by soldering I would think). It seems t must have been a needle holder, which is missing? NOTE: Because of size of package (determined by horn size), UPS may charge for a higher billable weight. This could add $10-$15 to calculated shipping to your location. I will inform of actual shipping at end of auction, and will bill for actual amount only. Package 28x20x16"; Billable Weight = 47 lb. UPS charges, for example, to West Coast are $53. less for closer locations to Boston.
