Antique RARE ~ F.A. Koch NY Napanoch Made Pocket Knife CONGRESS Pattern c.1900

DESCRIPTION: Payment by Mail is always OK! This auction is for an extremely rare early American pocket knife. All four blades in this congress pattern pocket knife knife are stamped F.A. Koch & Co. Koch was a New York distributor who had knives made by the Napanoch Knife Company. This knife has all the characteristics of a Napanoch made knife. This knife is 3" long with pinched Bolsters. All four blades have a half stop and all four have a long nail pull. A characteristic of the Napanoch knives. All blades are marked. All blades show use. The handles are smooth buffalo horn and the are perfect with a quarter moon shield on the front. The knife is just as found. It has not been polished, cleaned, or buffed. The blades have age spots and patina but no rust. It would be my guess that not many Congress knife collectors in the US have this knife stamp. That is why I am offering this 100 year old knife for all to have an opportunity to add it to their collection with NO RESERVE.
