These were found at an estate in PA: a bag with 5very black looking pins and the owner said they came from a family member who was aMason, but did not know anything else about them. I cleaned them up and was amazed how great they look! The back reads 1874 S S Davis, Rich, supreme and the word "coin" for coin silver. I cannot make them all out but they all have the same lodge on it so I assume they all say the same thing, please see the pictures and judge for yourself. They all have a small plaque at the top that reads Olympic lodge 33. I assume the Masonic collectors will know what that means and where they are from. Four of them have a triangle design with a heavily engraved torch, with flame in the middle of the triangle .The triangle is very heavily designed with flowers. One of the medals has what looks like a sword in a case across the torch. The fifth medal (on the right in the pictures) has a gold wash of a knight on the medal with the letter FOD. There is some type of bird on top of the knight's head. He also has two swords across the shield. The length of each triangle on the pin is 3 inches. The length of the pin plaques is 1 1/2 inches. These are great old pcs from 1874. I hope you Masonic collectors get a chance to see these in person.....the detail is magnificent!! After 30 years of collecting my husband and read more
