Antique Oil Painting signed Mary Baker 1888 frame by James Bourlet & Sons Ltd

Very Interesting Oil Painting painted by Mary Berry in 1888 of Chester cathedral. The stretch frame is made by James Bourlett & Sons Ltd who at the time used to buy up all the rejected Royal Academy exhibits. There is also a price on the back of the picture of £10.00 which in todays money is worth £747.00.

This picture although interesting has a lot of damage to it as can be seen in the pictures with two tears in the canvas and scuffing to the paint work.
