This old {circa 1875} whale tooth has been turned into a tool used to smooth hides by Native Alaskans... It has worn areas that show this... The entire tool has a fine old well handled patina... It's 4.5" along the outside curve, a full 4.5" around the base... Please do not ask me the weight as I do not have that kind of scale... Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks.... I will be offering more of this collection in the near future... This has been in my family for more than 55 years...
