ORIGINAL ANTIQUE RUSSIAN SAMOVAR made in Tula by the famous Batashev family This samovar is very old, late XIX century. It was made by the famouse Batashev family. The stamp on the base sais "Tula. Vasily, Alexander, Pavel Batashev". The medals are difficult to make out. One of the years on the medals is 1870. Cosmetically this samovar is in good shape. It is missing one wooden knob on the cover - see the picture. I've cleaned it lightly to be able to read the letters. The important thing is that it DOES NOT LEAK - I've filled it up with water to check. CONDITIONS OF SALE You get what you see in the picture and what is listed in the description.
