This is a very beautiful antique (Ewardian era) ring. Made of solid 10k gold. Hallmarked: "10K". Has good size beautiful faceted round cut Chatham lab grown alexandrite stone. Stone measures: 6.5 mm by 6.5 mm by aprox. 5 mm (to point). Stone is in the (hard to find) older 6 prong tall semi claw setting. Normally, I don't list lab created stones but the older lab grown alexandrites do have value (of course less than genuine) and are much in demand among collectors of antique and vintage jewelry. Also has ability to change in thier color as the genuine do. Ring looks impressive on most fingers. Ring is a size 7.5 but consider that right hand fingers are usually thicker than left hand fingers (same with those who are left handed). Ring can be re-size by your local jeweler. (Laser solder is most recommended). For a 10k gold woman's ring, it is heavy. Weighs: 2.7 grams. It came from our Edwardian era/Victorian era jewelry collection. It was well kept and in excellent condition. Would make a lovely gift. Or, own it yourself and invest in this beautiful bracelet and appreciate the compliments you'll get as it's antiquity value continues to increase even more so over time. I received ALL Positive Feedbacks on jewelry items and a near to perfect score. And, the record shows, I have one of ebay's largest numbers of satisfied repeat buyers
