Whistling Yankee Auctions Up for auction is a beautiful set of six antique plates, pattern is "Pheasant", a beautiful polychrome transfer printed motif of a pheasant in full plummage, with peonies and stylized rim, lovely. Plates measure 8 3/4" and are in very good condition; all show exceedingly slight utensil wear in strong light and one has a fleabite in its rim, very difficult to as it is located on the underside of the rim.
