Antique Vintage Lot Elegant Maine Collector Buttons

Sadly, I am nearing the end of this lady's collection, but I have another that I plan to start listing afer the holidays. This lot has many pairs, sets and mother/daughter buttons. The photos run from left to right, top, middle, and bottom. The upper left has several of note: Shell embellished with cut steels, a pair of studio ceramics, a pair of gilt brass paisleys, a papiermachiere with inlaid MOP flowers, a fabulous handpainted gilt Limoges type porcelain dragonfly, and black glass with lusters and inset gilt. The upper middle has a wonderful lucite "tortoise shell" with brass escutcheon, small brass floral pictures, a pair of Pierrot and Pierette with mirror moons, as well as other small brass pictures. The upper right contains early plastics - lucites, buffed celuloid, a wonderful "apple juice log", a great plastic "foil" paperweight type, and a couple of celluloid overlays. The left middle has a set of 3 lovely small enamels, a pair of faux turquoise cabuchons set in copper, and three lithographs. The celluloid is deteriorating on the lithos, but these guys would do in a collection until better ones comes along. The middle middle section has a nice selection of metals, and the right middle contains a beautiful old ruby glass with gold accents and a nice deco cobalt with gold trim. T are also a very cool large lucite ball

International shipping will be actual plus $2.50 for packing materials. If international buyers wish to insure the package, they must select the USPS Priority Shipping option. Payment is due within 5 days of auction close, or item will will be relisted and appropriate feedback will be left. Domestic and Canadian bidders may pay with Paypal, checks or money orders, and I will ship once payment has cleared my account. I AM ABLE TO ACCEPT ONLY PAYPAL FROM INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS. Paypal buyers who specify shipping to an unconfirmed address are purchasing 'AS IS' with NO refund for any reason.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING Please check out pictures and descriptions thoroughly. Many times pictures can be deceiving so please ask questions. Most of the items that I list are 'as found'. They are vintage or antique, and as such, are in used condition. Do not assume that they are in perfect, intact condition, unless I specify so. Items leave me in the condition that I have described in the listing - if an issue arises with an item between the time an auction closes and the item is shipped, I always contact the buyer prior to shipping. (i.e. I discover previously unnoticed flaws) I pack very carefully, but insurance for your purchases is strongly suggested as I do not issue refunds for items that are broken or lost in shipping. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING ITEMS FOR OTHER THAN DISPLAY ONLY OR THEIR ORIGINAL INTENDED PURPOSE (I.E. TO MANUFACTURE SOMETHING ELSE FROM THEM) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE THE ITEM TURNS OUT TO BE UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
