“The Hollow Ground Razor”

Came from granddad’s box. Almost missed it because the case is so old. It’s marked: Wade & Butcher Sheffield England – It has no tears, but the lid is pushed in from over the years.

The Razor has a black handle – almost 5 ¾” long.

The blade is handsomely engraved with A ribbon with the inscription: The Hollow Ground Razor. It’s 5 ½” long and is marked with wade & Butcher Sheffield England with an arrow. On the reverse side of the name it is marked No. 1105. The handle has small scratches (see picture) and shows use but doesn't detract from the piece.

Who I am - Hi –I am looking for homes for unique and special items from my (eclectic) grandparents’ attic.
