Antique - Winterling Rosebud China - 6 piece service of 8 w/ extras

My solder husband bought this set while stationed in Germany in the early 1950's. It is actually made by Porzellanfabrik Heinrich Winterling G.m.b.H. & Co. K.G. in their factory in Marktleuthen, Bavaria. This is one of the most famous and well known Bavarian porcelain makers. Heinrich Winterling started in 1903. This set is in the Rosebud pattern. It is in MINT condition. With their ornate gold trim and scalloped Rococo shape with engraved edges, they are quite exquisite. There are eleven pieces included in this set (all dimensions are approximate):• 8 Dinner plates – 10” in diameter • 8 Coup Soup Bowls – 7 ½” in diameter • 8 Salad plate – 7 ½” in diameter • 8 Bread & Butter Plate – 6” in diameter • 8 Saucers – 5 ¾” in diameter w/ matching cups Service Pieces are: • 1 Serving platter- 12" • 1 Serving bowl - 9" • 1 creamer • 1 sugar bowl with lid • 1 Gravy boat on attached under plate Gold has no wear and is MINT Please feel free to email with any questions.
