Beaded Catlinite T Bowl Pipe & Flat Stem + Lakota

This is a old style pipe with flat ash stem. The pipe is 5" in length and 3 1/2" in height. The pipe is made of a dark very speckled pipestone. The stone used for this pipe came from my pit at the national monument and shrine located in Pipestone Minnesota. " This is a new pipe and has not been smoked or blessed ".

Thestem is made of ash and is 17" measured after the insert and a hair over 1 1/4" wide. The stem is decorated with seed beads, trade cloth and horse hair. The total length of the set is 22 1/2". This set would make a excellent personal pipe that could be passed down as a family heirloom or a great addition to your native american collection.

This pipe and stem set was made by Alan Monroe. A Oglala Lakota artist and fifth generation pipe maker living here in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Thanks for looking.
