This is the only monograph on this artist ,whose works have frequently sold on eBay and at auction in the Mid-Atlantic and Florida. Moore (1882-1974) was a native of the Mid-Atlantic and developed a unique impressionist style, depicting the beauties of nature around Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia, areas which are all now heavily developed. In later years he lived in Sarasota, Florida, and painted many scenes of Florida, which have sold well at auction. The catalogue includes an extensive essay on his life and art.
