BOY PULLING SLED VICTORIAN FIGURAL NAPKIN RING NR WOW! PLEASE SEE THE OTHER NAPKIN RINGS THAT I'M ALSO CURRENTLY SELLING ON EBAY! ITEM DESCRIPTION SUBJECT DETAILS: This wonderful piece has a boy pulling a sled with a napkin ring on top. All 3 parts display outstanding details and the name Gabriel is monogrammed on top. MAKER / BOOK REFERENCES: On the bottom of the sled it is stamped with the mark for the Wilcox Silver Plate Company of Meriden, Connecticut and the number 01576. This same piece can be seen on page 265 of Figural Napkin Rings by Gottschalk & Whitson and page 25 of American Victorian Figural Napkin Rings by Schnadig. MATERIAL: Silver plate MEASUREMENTS: 4-1/8" wide, 1-5/8" deep, and 2-5/8" high AGE: This is guaranteed not to be a reproduction and was surely made in the late 1800's or very early 1900's. CONDITION REPORT: The silver plating looks great and all that I noticed after looking closely was some minor edge wear. I'm sure a repairperson could easily replace these 2 sections if you desired. One
