This auction is for a beautiful male and female Ornithoptera victoriae victoriae. These are no longer available to U.S. buyers due to the ban of imports from the Solomon Islands. These are pre-ban specimens and are from my personal collection. This is the nominate species from which other O.vics are described. These are not the victoriae regis that have been recently available. These are A-/A2 specimens due to repairs, splits and chips. Still very nice specimens. T is no reserve so is your chance to get a rare pair of these butterflies for realtively cheap. These are large butterflies and come mounted in a 8" x 12" riker mount. Be sure to check out my other auctions and please feel free to check out my feedback. I combine shipping for one low shipping cost if you win more than one auction. I pack these extremely well, but due to the fragile nature of these butterflies and the uncertainty of the mail carriers I cannot guarantee antenna or legs.
