is an old style metal plunger like devise on a stick. This is a C.T. Childers made "Rapid Washer". It was made in Galesburg, Ill. It looks as though it was never used. I guess something like this was used to wash clothes before the days of the washing machine adjatator. I don't know if this a genuine article, or if it is just a recent made replica. It is made of some kind of tin or steel sheet metal. It is not aluminum. A magnet sticks to it. The pictures provided will give you a look at the item. Haven't tried to wash clothes with it. It is 29 inches high. Not rusted. Has some minor dents. Still useable!!! Shipping for this item is based on the packaged weight so please use the calculator to determine your amount.
