is a wonderful old Boy Scout Explorer Silver Award Medal that comes complete with all its provenance and cards! I bought this off of the scouter who earned it back in 1958! The medal comes in its original coffin box, it has its not that was sewn on to the boy's uniform at one point, it has the achievement cards for his Bronze, Gold, and Silver exploring awards, and finally it comes with a newspaper clipping of the scouter, Carl Berry of Huntington West Virginia, earning the award! The medal is in Ex+ or better shape. It looks like it was worn a little bit, but no rips to the ribbon. The box top has some ripping off the surface, but still has the silver lettering inside. Pictures should really tell you the rest! This is just how you want to find these great boy scout medals! Carl Berry earned the award on 10/7/58. A great medal for any scout collection being offered to you with NO RESERVE! Buyer pays $5.00 for USPS shipping within the US. Good Luck!
