Case Tested XX Hatchet/Axe & Knife With Sheath

For your consideration is a Case's Tested XX knife and hatchet/axe. The knife with blade is about 9" long with a horn handle. It looks like it may have been sharpened at some point. The rule/latch is 3" and has patented Oct 22, 1935 . My guess it that it had never or very seldom been opened. The hatchet appears unsharpened. The double sheath has a herring bone design and is in good condition except for the broken thread that you can see. It has Patented Feb 5, 1935 , and has a belt slide.
