Two Castle very early films and most unusual SEE SERIES Numbers 1 + 2. TWO 16mm BW Films.Apparently there were at least 5 in the series which ran from the mid 1930s until 1941. We heard from a collector familiar with the SEE series, to whom we are most grateful for new data: He tells us they were available in 8mm and 16mm and in a both short and long versions (about 4.5 min, and about 9 min)! They were actually very expensive back when they were new, probably close to a week's wage each. The original boxes are yellow and purple with a 'Picasso-ish' style eye on the weird cover geometrics! Strangely enough, there was a totally different and new series of films each called SEE from 2008 up to about 2013. No connection. We thank our fellow collector for his information. Unfortunately for him, he uses 8mm equipment and films, and can't use the 16mm versions. But YOU can, can't you?
