CDV Smiling President Lincoln - Early Photo?

This must have been an earlier photo of Abraham Lincoln. He has a gentle smile on his face, and the stress lines aren't as deep as in later photographs. His hair is loose, curling over his left ear and peeking from behind his right, with a small cowlick over his left eye. This is also what I'd call a 7/8ths view; nearly full face, rather than in profile. The picture was published by E. & H. T. Anthony, 501 Broadway, New York. The card is on very good condition. The picture has lifted about 1/8" from each of the bottom two corners. The card measure 2-3/8" x 4".

NOTE: This and the other antique photos I am listing this week come from the collection of an estate in Yates County, New York, but I have no idea whether or not the individuals are related.
