censer and stand, old, chinese, bronze?

A beautiful cast presumably bronze three legged Chinese censer with stand. The characters cast into the base indicate that this was made in the Xuan-de period of the Ming dynasty however I am not an expert and although it may not actually be this old the craftsmanship is unquestionable. This is a stunning object of beautiful form and with a rich patina. The bowl is approximately 5" at its widest point and stands about 4 1/4" (to top of handle) on its stand or about 3 1/8" without. The stand seems to match the censer well, appears to be of 'organic' form and is quite beautiful in its own right. The censer weighs nearly 800 grammes on its own. There appear to be possibly two very faded chinese characters written in ink? on one side of the bowl.
