CERAMICS FOR ALL Jimmie A Stewart of DeLee Book > 1950s

DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a copy of a rare book by Jimmie Adair Stewart, the founder of DeLee Art. Better known to her close friends (like Barbara Willis) as Jimmie Lee, this book is essential reading for anyone unfamiliar with pottery production as it describes the process step by step in detail. Two pages of early pottery by Laura Andreson, her teacher at UCLA, are also included (see photos.) I'm adding this and other reference books that I no longer need so check out my other listings.
