This is a copy of the treaty of Tien-Tsin signed in 1856. It was brought back from China by O. B. Bradford who was appointed as special envoy to China by President Linclon in the early 1860s. This booklet is about 20 pages and measures 5 1/4 x 9 1/4. The pages are held together by stitches. There is some slight damage to the front and back cover pages but the interior pages are in excellant condition. If anyone can read the Chinese and can provide more in formation please let me know.
