Colliers 1950s Space Ship Flight Bonestell Von Braun

Hello!

Please be sure to look at my other auctions! I have many more unusual books, experimental model kits and collectibles listed this week!

This is a vintage issue of Colliers magazine from the early 1950s.

It features very interesting and historic article about emergency escape systems for future manned space vehicles. Contains wonderful concept designs illustrated by Chesley Bonestell. Item has some wear and a spine tear. Also a few pages have surface tearing but the space artical is not affected. This publication along with a few other Colliers Space features has been credited with influencing mankind's history and achievements in real spaceflight. The articles and illustration were so compelling that many readers and young people soon became very interested in spaceflight. Many of NASA's astronauts and employees were first inspired to choose their vocations as a result of the Colliers Space Series. Please check my other auctions for addition Colliers Space related issues. See last picture.

Payment by PayPal is preferred; money orders and checks also accepted. Payment within 10 days of end of auction.

Thanks for looking and please be sure to visit my other auctions for more great toys and models!
