Congressional Medal of Honor 58 Honored Signed Framed

The paper in which the signatures are on measures 9 ¾" wide by 7 ¾" in height. The jacket cover measures 10 ¼" wide by 9 ¼" in height. Each section is independently matted in a gold trim and the overall piece is matted in navy blue.
