Civil War Store Card OH 975G-1b, brass, 19mm, Rarity-7, a R-7 merchant that is much more elusive than the rarity rating itself indicates

John Leis, 5, Wooster, O. // (Crossed Pool Cues & Four Pool Balls).

Authenticated and graded by NGC as AU Details - Environmental Damage probably referring to the slightly hazy area from 2 to 4 o’clock on the reverse which does not distract from the in hand appearance of the token at all. T is a decent amount of underlying yellow on both sides of the attractive token -- a very scarce early billiards or pool token with the scarcity being directly reflected in the Kanzinger price guide.
