This Drum is played by gently swinging from one side to the other to allow the beads to beat against the skins of the drum. The body of this Damaru Drum is constructed of a man made resin material. The leather pads are made from the skin of the Tibetan Water Deer. This Buddhist Decorated Damaru measures approx. 6" by 5" at its widest points and is approx. 3 3/4" high.
