The original Army green paint is thin is spots and shows normal wear, but no abuse. Top lettering and Army Medical Department ensignia are still visible. Latches work great and snap down tight. Rubber seal still in good shape. The individual cardboard boxes that hold the medical supplies are not overly brittle, and the lettering is still readable.
