This cottage is in excellent condition; no chips or scratches. Paint is without flaw and felt on bottom is in mint condition. It has not been on display; always stored in its original box. It is accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity, as well as the Original Box. The original box is in fair condition, with shelf wear and one tear in top corner fold.
