Up for auction is an original Ribbon and Metal from the historical 1968 Democratic National Convention that was hosted by Mayor Daley in Chicago, Illinois. The piece measures 1 1/2" wide and 4 1/2" long with a strong pin and safety clasp on the back. The center metal piece is 1 1/2" in diameter. The piece belonged to Chicago Police Officer J. J. Cody Star No. 7945. I have several other pieces that belonged to him up for auction. This was the convention that had the famous riots in the park across the street from the convention. The piece is guaranteed to be original and not a reproduction. Your questions are always welcomed..... WE ALWAYS COMBINE MULTIPLE WINS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING!
