DICK TRACY INSPECTOR GENERAL BADGE & CERTIFICATE- '38

DICK TRACY SSP INSPECTOR GENERAL BADGE, "OFFICIAL DISPATCH" LETTER & ENVELOPE- 1938-39- VERY RARE

This is a VERY RARE combination of Dick Tracy Secret Service Patrol (SSP) premium items issued in 1938. It includes three (3) items.

The 1st item is a Dick Tracy Inspector General-Secret Service Patrol brass pinback. It measures about 2-1/2 by about 2-1/2 and pictures Tracy in a 5-pointed police star with an eagle on top. The 2nd item is an "Official Dispatch" letter sent from Dick Tracy SSP Headquarters informing the member of appointment to the rank of Inspector General. It reads...
