Beautiful Deco Dope Soda. Dope was a product of the Koke Company of America that was sued by Coca-Cola for trademark competition. The Coca-Cola Company claimed that both the names Koke and Dope infringed on the Coca-Cola trademark. The US Supreme Court in 1920 declared Koke an infringement but allowed use of the name Dope.Embossing reads:DRINKD O P E (one inch letters)WORLD'S BEST COLA (on banner across the word Dope)At the base:BOTTLED BYCELERY COLA BOT.
