Condition is Very Good with the following noted: some very small marks on the lower right hand corner of cover. Shipping to Hawaii via USPS Priority flat rate box Insured only ($10.60 actual shipping cost) does not fit in a flat rate envelope. Combined shipping at no extra cost. Payment by Paypal only.
