2 Rare Early 1920s Dunhill Churchwarden Pipes in a Hard Case2 Rare Early 1920s Dunhill Churchwarden Pipes in a Hard Case.The Sandblast Dunhill is stamped: 4 Dunhills Shell Made In England (No Suffix) Pat. Mar 9 15 2 1341418/20 and the bit is stamped: Reg. No654638. This Dunhill measures 9 inches long and the bowl height is 1 ½ inches tall. This pipe has been smoked and it has very light teeth marks on the bit and the walls of the bowl are thin and has a crack on each side, it looks like someone put some silicone on the cracks. The Smooth Finish Dunhill is Stamped: H.WO Dunhill (with Tails on the D) London Made In England (Small) 2 Inner Tube Patented March-9-15 and CFA 1 the bit is stamped: Reg.No 654638. This Dunhill measures 9 inches long and the bowl height is about 1 ½ inches tall. This pipe has been lightly smoked and it has some very light teeth marks on the bit The Ventilated Pipe Case is worn around the edges (missing some leather cover) and the hinge pin is missing from the right hinge. Should be an easy fix. The case is marked on the outside: 141488/19 and London. The inside is marked: Alfred Dunhill Duke Street Saint Jamess SW1. I believe this is a very rare set of 1922 Dunhill Churchwarden Pipes, they fit perfectly in the case and from what I could find the nomenclature leads me to believe this. This is being sold
