Engineer's Retirement Lamp w/ "Working" Animated Power Plant, Awesome Piece Exc!

This is an amazingly cool lamp, and it's in excellent condition. This unique piece was a retirement gift from the Engineering Department for "Dwight E. Norris", according to the metal plaque on top. There is also a stamped metal label on the lower right edge that reads "1short 1long Mr. Norris", an inside joke, I guess. It has two buttons on the left side. One turns the light off and on. The other activates a "working" scale model of an industrial power plant. It has three small lights in the back, and the whole floor rotates while other gears also turn. An awesome animated piece. The base measures 16" square and the total height to the finial is just over 29". This appears to be brand new and looks like it was received and just put in a closet somewhere. The square "tailored" cloth shade is still in the original plastic with the label. It (the shade) measures 16 1/2" square and 14" high. A very rare collectible lamp!
