Esquire 1952 PinUp Calendar:the leap year match to 2008

You are bidding on an Esquire Girl 1952 Calendar. It's a leap year calendar with Jan 1 beginning on a Tuesday, exactly like the upcoming year 2008.
Very clean. Excellent Quality, authentic, vintage. Comes in the original envelope which says. Special Deluxe Glossy Edition and Twelve Luscious Lovelies in Full Color.
Inside t are all 12 months of pin ups still attached together as a unit. This year a different artist painted each image.
The size of the calendar pages are 8 5/8" x 11"
's the Artist/Condition/ and verse for each month:
January is by Chiriaka It has a corner fold, a little yellowing in the top corners and the page is loose from the binder on one side and a 1/4" tear at the binder on the other. A few minor marks.
is the verse: Barring earthquake or revolution,
's a girl with a new resolution:
She's determined to be just what you see--
And old mystery with no solution.
February by Robert Patterson. It is in excellent condition with only a little ripple in the center of the page and minor edge discoloration and nicks
The verse says
A valentine's gift is a fine idea,
