Exquisite Dresden Lamp Antique Victorian Style WOW!!!!

You are bidding on an exquisite piece of German art that has been identified as Dresden. This fine porcelain lamp does not have a shade. The base (Porcelain piece) stands 18" tall, but with harp and finial measures 30" tall. The tri-footed base is about 8" across. The cord may need to be replaced, but everything else is very sound. The beautiful Victorian style is done in a striking blue on white with delicately applied flowers and expertly applied gilting. It is decorated with elegant swirls, curves and scallops with finely detailed cherubs setting atop each of the 3 feet. The quality and detail of this lamp is comparable to Meissen, but the only observable mark is an incised number on the bottom: 137. Further identifying marks are possibly hidden beneath a metal plate that is attached to the bottom. Overall condition and display quality is exceptional, but t is one area that appears to have been restored as shown in the photos. T are also a few chips from the applied flowers which would be very typical for a lamp of this age. Packaging and Shipping will be done professionally through UPS and will cost between $20 and $25 for domestic shipping. Insurance will be required and will be between $2 and $8 depending on the final sales price. I have had this lamp appraised through a reputable online appraiser and have attached that

Thank you for using my web site. I did review the item information you submitted of the lamp. This is a Dresden lamp base circa 1920 in the style of Meissen Porcelain. Very good quality and appears to be in good condition. At auction this is $300-$500 and a retail value in the $750 range. If it does have a crossed sword mark on the bottom it might be Meissen but many Dresden companies copied the mark of the famous Meissen company.
